Lisa Moran

Lisa’s love for movement began as a love for dance. She received her BFA in Dance from the University of Utah and went on to dance/perform and teach with Repertory Dance Theatre. She also has an MFA in Dance from The Ohio State University where she focused on Choreography and Dance Kinesiology. Having been a group fitness instructor (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills BodyCombat certified and TRX Level 2) throughout her dance career, Lisa now focuses on creating classes with a balanced blend of fun choreography, kinesthetic flow and functional purpose. The possibilities are endless!
Lisa is the co-owner of BodyWise Fitness with husband, Andrew Moran. They are thrilled to be instilling the love of health & fitness in their community.
Lya Wodraska

An Atlanta native who moved to Salt Lake City in 1996, Lya is an avid mountain biker as well as a personal trainer and holistic lifestyle coach. The program in which I’ve studied was developed by world-renowned Holistic Health Practitioner and certified Neuromuscular Therapist Paul Chek, who has used his holistic approach in rehabilitation and conditioning for more than 18 years. Based on the CHEK philosophy, I develop training programs using a whole body approach to training, addressing issues in diet, exercise and overall wellness to help people enjoy a new level of wellness. I also have my own line of natural products designed to meet athletes’ needs called ‘Lotions and Potions for Adventurers.

Miguel Rodriguez

Occupation: Yoganista
About me: I began practicing Yoga in my teens when I lived in Central America. Upon moving to the states, I continued my practice at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, California and later at Yoga Motion in Montana. I also teach spinning classes around the valley and have Mad Dog and Johnny G certifications.
When I’m not at BodyWise, I’m likely to be: on my road or mountain bike.
Mimi Sinclair

Mimi Sinclair has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an Athletic Training specialty. She is a Stott® Pilates instructor, certified in Dietmasters Nutrition, and short & long-course triathlete. She competed and finished in the Ironman European Championships, Ironman Arizona and finished in the top 20 of her age group in Ironman St. George. In 2012 she finished 4th in the Deseret News Marathon and 2nd in the Salt Lake Marathon in the women’s division. Group fitness is her passion and she loves to motivate a group to work hard!
Sheri Dunleavy

Sheri has been a Fitness Instructor for 30 years. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Avid Cyclist, and Group Exercise Instructor with certifications in Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Pilates Fit, Zumba, and Zumba Toning. Sheri loves to infuse her years of dance training and musicality with weight training into all of the classes she teaches and make them fun and functional! As a Personal Trainer she specializes in functional training and encourages everyone to cross-train and take what they learn in the gym outdoors!
