BARRE WISE is a toning and lengthening class that integrates the use of a ballet barre, small hand weights, balls and/or resistance bands with a movement vocabulary expanded from basic dance and sculpting exercises. As you explore a varied range of motion, your muscles will endure and reap the benefits of repetition and isolation.

BURN & TONE is a cardiovascular workout designed to tone your entire body with the use of light hand weights for upper body conditioning and varied lower body challenges. This class is easy to follow, intense, effective and fun! Try our BURN & TONE + BALL for an extra 20 min using the Resist-a-Ball to focus on core strength, stability and range of motion exercises.

CORE FUSION is all about challenging your body from your shoulders to your hips. Exercises incorporate body weight training, weights, bands and balls designed to strengthen & lengthen the entire body from the core out.

CYCLE & SCULPT combines our Indoor Cycle format as well as added upper body exercises to help balance the lower body load of Cycling.

DEFINITION is an easy to follow total body sculpting class. By integrating exercises using varying equipment (free weights, bands, balls & steps) you will lunge, plank and curl your way to improved muscular tone, strength and endurance. Try DEFINITION + for added cardio intervals.

HIGH FITNESS is a fun, high intensity class with easy to follow choreography ranging from kickboxing, hi/low to hip hop combined with plyometric intervals (jump squats, burpees, etc) and full-body toning!

HIT & CORE is High Intensity Interval Training.  This class will optimize every minute of your workout as you increase your cardiovascular fitness, gain strength, improve agility, and boost your metabolism!

INDOOR CYCLE is taken to a whole new level with the ultimate studio bike- Stages SC3! An exhilarating workout with a complimentary blend of coaching by the instructor in fundamentals of Power Wattage, RPM’s, Time, Distance, Terrain and Mind/Body Dimensional Cueing all set to fun and motivating music!

JLA KICKS is a fun, high energy cardio workout incorporating kickboxing with creative choreography.

JUST DANCE Just Dance is the best of dance and cardio. A variety of music and dance genres makes Just Dance anything but boring! You can count on calories being torched and muscles toning while having fun!

KICKBOX & SCULPT combines boxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do and sculpting intervals. It’s a major calorie blaster and all over body toning!

MUEVELO (meaning ‘Move It’) is a dance fitness class inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. No dance experience is necessary – just feel the music and move your body.

PILATES MAT is designed to develop core strength while simultaneously building range of motion and improving posture. Pilates is known to ‘flatten the abs’.

STEP CHALLENGE is a step class with creative choreography at a high intensity. Designed to get your heart rate up and keep it at a steady pace for the duration of the class.  Step class experience recommended.

YOGA strives to improve your balance/stability and flexibility while increasing your muscular strength all while learning relaxation techniques.

YOGA FOR STIFFER BODIES provides a gentler yoga class for those of us who are tightly strung together or who are new to yoga.

ZUMBA* is a Latin-inspired “fitness party” that blends international dance beats with aerobic dance moves to create an energizing and effective workout sure to leave you smiling!
